Quickbooks file setup billed hourly with a minimum fee retainer.

Bookkeeping service fees are prepaid. Minimum charge of $450.00 monthly. Service includes 3 checking and/or credit card accounts (Additional accounts are $150 each monthly).  Savings accounts are free with monthly service.

Owners are required to keep a formal set of books of account that will be requested by the IRS during an Audit, or inquiry.  The IRS will require an electronic copy of a business owners books if they were used during tax return preparation.  The IRS will accept a taxpayer's self-maintained QuickBooks file, if available.  In order to get an accurate picture of your company accounts, it is absolutely critical that you have a good strong paper trail.  You must provide the following on a weekly, or fortnightly, basis in order to keep your accounts up to date and be able to give you accurate figures: Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, Remittance Slips, Check Books(or a list of check written), Paying-In Books(or a list of payment details), Purchase Invoices, Sales Invoices, Cash Receipts).
